REGISTRATION

Registration opens Monday, November 2 at 7:00 PM and closes Monday, November 30 at 11:59 PM.

All attendees must register for WYC, including students, Hyphen, youth workers, chaperones, pastors, licensed ministers, and children.

• General Registration: $75 per person

• Children Ages 10 & Under: FREE

• UPCI Licensed Ministers/Pastors: FREE

  • Licensed ministers should still register and select the “Licensed Minister” registration option.

• Chaperones: Each church/group receives 4 FREE chaperone registrations.

  • All chaperones must still register.

  • Additional chaperones are $75 per person.

• On-Site Registration: $85 per person

• Refund Deadline: No refunds will be processed after December 7, 2026.

AFTERPARTIES

Afterparty registrations are available as add-ons during Eventbrite registration.

Night 1 – KEVA Sports

• Cost: $12 per person

• Food is not included

• Waiver required

Night 3 – Group Hangout

• No official afterparty

• The ballroom will remain available for youth groups to hang out and fellowship.

• Food is not included.

Groups are responsible for their own transportation to and from all off-site afterparties.

HOTEL BOOKING

Each church/group is responsible for booking its own hotel rooms directly through Madison Marriott West. Hotel reservations are separate from WYC registration.

Special WYC Room Rate: $95 per night

ARRIVAL &

Upon arrival, please use the Conference Center Entrance for your group.

A chaperone/group leader should:

• Check the group into the hotel at the front desk.

• Pick up the group's WYC Registration Packet in the Conference Center lobby.
